DELIVERY & RETURNS

Unless stated, various items to purchase on this site are free shipping based on tracked and signed for delivery via courier or Royal Mail to U.K. mainland.  Otherwise the shipping rate will vary based on the size, weight and destination of the product  for sale.  This information will be in the description of each individual item.

Small items:

We tend to use Royal Mail and Parcelforce for our smaller items. 

Medium items:

We use couriers such as Hermes, DPD, DHL, UPS and TNT. 

Large items:

We use specialist courier companies to deliver our larger items. These items will incur an extra shipping charge which will be stated on the individual description for the item.  

DELIVERY TIMES:

We aim to process and ship orders within 48-72 hours of purchase. For U.K. mainland deliveries smaller items should arrive within 3-7 business days if in stock.  Larger items such as furniture should arrive within 5-10 business day if in stock.  Please note these are approximate estimations. Custom built orders delivery times will be discussed and agreed upon.

EUROPE, WORLDWIDE & REMOTE U.K. DESTINATIONS:

If destination outside U.K. mainland, please contact me to discuss options. Depending on the item we may be able to accommodate shipping to other destinations. These will be subject to shipping fees and the buyer will be responsible for any custom or import charges. We are also not responsible for any delays in shipping due to being held back at customs. 

RETURNS:

I gladly accept returns. You must contact me within 14 days of delivery to inform us of your intentions and reason before returning any items.  Items must be shipped back within 21 days of delivery.  Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs.  If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.  If your item is damaged in the post please retain the damaged goods & all packaging & email us immediately, you will be required to return the item to us. Return postage is at the expense of the buyer unless goods are not as described.
