WHO AM I:

I am Cameron Jow, owner and sole employee of Ernest & Cooper Woodworks Co.  I create handcrafted custom furniture and bespoke home accessories. All of my creations are available to purchase on my website, www.ernestandcooper.com.

WHAT PERSONAL DATA I COLLECT AND WHY:

I sometimes collect data via contact forms on my website.  Such as the customer’s name, email and phone number. Upon purchase I also collect an address for delivery purposes.  This is solely used by me to communicate with the client regarding their purchase or any enquiries they may have or for delivery purposes. No one else receives this information unless of course a name, address, email and contact number is given to a courier for delivery and parcel tracking purposes. I only use trusted couriers and companies for deliveries such as Royal mail, DPD, TNT etc.  Under no circumstances do I sell or distribute any info collected to third parties.

HOW I STORE AND PROTECT YOUR DATA:

I have put into place suitable physical and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the info collected from the customer.  I take all reasonable steps to ensure that data submitted to me electronically via the website or other means is stored by Ernest & Cooper Woodworks Co. and not accessed by third parties. You accept the risk that data transmitted electronically may be intercepted before reaching me or accessed and exploited from Ernest & Cooper Woodworks Co. data storage by unlawful means. Ernest & Cooper Woodworks Co. does not assume responsibility for guarding against the access of such unauthorised third parties.
